AT&T seems to have lost its way in some respects. I discontinued using them for phone service nearly four years ago for a combination of reasons, their ridiculous pricing being one of them. At one time, I was using their DSL for Internet service, but dropped that as well due to less-than-sterling reliability. All of my connectivity is now with a locally-owned, mom-and-pop business that offers excellent service at a reasonable price.
