As per Wikipedia, 'At MOS Technology, the "layout" was a very manual process done with color pencils and vellum paper.'.

Are scans of those fabrication layouts available?

You might have some luck looking around team6502.org, which is a website put together by one of the original 6502 team member’s daughter.
