Chances are reasonably good. The LH variant was only offered in the TO-99 metal can.
It's obsolete now (the LH variant) and no longer mentioned in the current datasheet, but the datecode seems to correspond to when it was available (it's mentioned in "REV-A" of the datasheet from 1995 (PDF creation date) and was deleted in REV-C of the datasheet on May 2012). The "13" for the year in the datecode is mildly suspicious because they removed them from the datasheet in 2012, but it doesn't mean they actually stopped making them in 2012 and they were likely "not for new designs" for a while.
The cost is also "reasonable" (eg. not excessively high and not suspiciously low) for someone who got them surplus and is selling them. The DIP variants are available for a little over $10 in quantity. Do note the shipping cost, which is almost as much as the part costs.
