I'm trying to learn about multi-length arithmetic but am not getting very far as of yet.

Can anyone tell me about it? or point me in the direction of a place that might know?

Some of it will work very similarly to how you do it by hand, except that you'll handle a byte at a time instead of a digit at a time.
