I know that the state can be set to T0 by the #TWOCYCLE.phi1 signal (signal names from visual6502) but that is just in the case of a two cycle instruction.
Also someone said that setting the state to T0 is handled by the pla in the case of instructions with more cycles but I just can't find out which pla outputs handle this.

I would love if someone could tell me the pla outputs.

About T0: in a sense, there is not a T0 state. There are a number of state bits, and one of them we call T0, but they are not exclusive. In a typical simulation you'll see combinations of the 'tcstate' bits which we describe in the 'State' column as T0 and as T0+T2. See for example
