There is a paperback book as well.

I believe this is the only 6502 book that has made it to the Kindle as an E-book so it should be around for years to come.

Interesting... You can preview some of the book at

(as well as Amazon's preview of course)
I see the author is a fan of LJ Technical Systems' trainer computers: EMMA for the 6502 and MARC for the Z80.
(It's quite an expensive book, but it is intended as a textbook, with exercises.)
