You can get small quantities (even one piece at a time if you wish) from Mike Naberezny here on this forum. It'll be the currently made version and it won't be any more expensive than ordering from the manufacturer Western Design Center. We need to be careful not to take much of WDC's time on something they'll only make a couple of bucks on, or they'll go back to requiring large minimum orders again. The data sheet is at http://www.westerndesigncenter.com/wdc/ ... 65c02s.pdf

Does Jameco have any non-refurb 6502s? those were the only ones I could find on their site. Don't really have anything against them, except that according to the datasheet they're the Rockwell NMOS version of the chip, and I'd prefer to work with the CMOS version.

[edit] Doh, I can just get them from Mike Naberezny. I should learn to read one of these days, I hear all the cool kids are doing it...

I've gotten 65c02's from them, I don't know if they are refurbs or not. The part # is 43166.

Also, jameco is a great place to get datasheets.

If you run into to much trouble trying to find parts feel free to contact us. If you are international you also have the options of contacting our distributors. (http://www.westerndesigncenter.com/wdc/distributors.cfm)
