With the ram on the pic that Grant posted for me I could run at 10Mhz. Tried a Toshiba TC551001CP-70L (70ns) not any better. I have some Cypress CY7C109-15VC (15ns) and can run at 25Mhz after some tweaks. It's SMD so soldered it to a header board. Will make up a PCB when I get a chance. At 1Mhz a ...
